Digital Document Solutions second expansion into Regional Victoria was Ballarat in 2011. The longstanding Sharp photocopier dealership BOSS (Ballarat Office Systems & Service) was purchased from Mike and Gail Napier.

BOSS had been successfully supplying photocopiers and printers across the Ballarat region for over 30 years at the time. After 2 years the team had outgrown the current offices and a relocation to 33 Production Drive, Alfredton was made. The DDS team still have original BOSS staff in Ballarat, one team member of which has been running our Ballarat office for over 40 years.
