Rental + Maintenance Agreement

Here you pay the finance company a monthly rental fee for 60 months or shorter depending on the agreement. Your maintenance agreement is paid to DDS Group monthly based on the amount of prints you did that month. In turn, all your toner, parts and servicing is included at no additional charge.

Print Management

An all in one solution where your printing and photocopying costs are all on one single monthly invoice, including maintenance of the machine, even if you have multiple machines on the agreement. Typically done on a 60 month term, however shorter terms are also available, a print managed agreement includes the cost of your photocopier(s) as well as your copies.

Free Mono Copies
